Teach English Online Without A Degree
Can you teach English online without a degree? Actually, you can! This is one of THE most commonly asked questions I hear from people interested in teaching English online. Here’s the big secret: Look for companies that offer free talk. Since it’s not a typical classroom environment, you don’t have to be a teacher nor do you need to be a native speaker to work for the company.
Teach english online no degree
You might be thinking, “Really? Teach English online, no degree? I bet I won’t get paid much.” Actually, I recently applied to a company called Palfish where you can set your own price.
At Palfish you don’t need a degree, nor do you need to be a native speaker because they offer free talk classes. However, for their kids courses you do need to be a degree holder and a native speaker. For the adult free talk lessons, you don’t.
How does Palfish work? It’s an app on your phone. Once you fill in the online portion of the application, download the app on your phone.
If you do have a degree and want to teach kids, it DOES NOT have to be a teaching degree. Any bachelor’s degree works.
